The flagship XEBEC Brush™ line, including Surface, Surface End Type, Surface Extra-Large, Crosshole, Crosshole Extra-Long, and Wheel Type variants, utilizes a unique abrasive ceramic fiber material, where each bristle comprises 1,000 ceramic fibers acting as cutting edges. This design delivers overwhelming grinding power, consistent cutting performance without deformation, and enables seamless CNC deburring and surface finishing immediately after milling. These brushes are applied across diverse industries for tasks like deburring cylinder heads, inverter cases, gears, pipes, turbine blades, and medical implants, capable of removing burrs up to 0.2mm root thickness and achieving surface roughness down to Ra=0.1µm. Specifications include various diameters (e.g., φ6mm to φ200mm), rotational speeds (e.g., 960-10000 min⁻¹), feed rates (250-850 mm/min), and depths of cut (0.5-1.0mm), with different brush colors (Pink, Red, White, Blue) indicating varying abrasive strengths. The XEBEC Ceramic Stone™ series, including Flexible Shaft (Ball, Cylinder, Disc types with #220 to #800 grit) and Mounted Point tools, offers non-breaking, non-chipping ceramic abrasives ideal for polishing intricate features like ribs, bosses, and deep cross-holes, with the Flexible Shaft absorbing vibrations for soft contact. A Mobile Micromotor System provides a battery-powered, lightweight solution for manual deburring at workstations without power.
