THACO Air Conditioner Manufacturing Company, a subsidiary of THACO INDUSTRIES, specializes in manufacturing and supplying a comprehensive range of air conditioner components for trucks, buses, and passenger cars, including condensers, radiators, hoses, and pipes. Leveraging technology transfer and technical support from Korea, the company operates advanced, closed production lines with strict quality control, ensuring maximum product perfection and minimal errors. Key products include various bus air conditioners with capacities up to 30,000 Kcal/h, and condensers/radiators for over 30 renowned automotive brands like Kia, Hyundai, Mercedes-Benz, and Toyota. Technical specifications for condensers feature thicknesses from 12-26mm, fin heights of 6.62-8.75mm, and fin pitches of 2.2-3.0mm, while radiators have fin widths of 10.8-16mm and tube thicknesses of 1.7mm. Hose and pipe products are produced using CNC bending machines for diameters from Ø9-Ø22.6mm with bending radii R15-R60. The production facilities boast capabilities such as NB brazing furnaces (60 products/hour), fin mill machines (0.06-0.2mm fin thickness), and leak testing machines (35-40 Kg/cm³ test pressure, helium leak detection). THACO is committed to R&D, continuously improving production processes and developing new products to meet unique customer demands, holding ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016 certifications. Products are supplied to domestic customers like THACO BUS/TRUCK and exported to international markets including Italy, Poland, and Korea, serving major clients such as JDEUS, FRIGAIR, and BEHR HELLA SERVICE.
