The company produces a wide range of components from materials including brass (C35600, C37000, C36000, C22000, C37700), aluminum (AL6061, AL7075, AL6063, AL5052, AL6082), steel (SS201, SS316, SS301, SS316L, SS304), plastic, and stainless steel, including screws, with options for zinc or silver plating. Their factory boasts 38 production machines, including 3-axis CNC milling machines (Vesta 600, Vesta 1000) and multi-axis CNC lathes (CINCOM L20/L16 with 4 axes, Star RNC32 with 5 axes, Star RNC16 with 2 axes, Miyano BNC34S with 4 axes, TSUGAMI B012 with 3 axes, Takamaz UX12 with 2 axes), capable of processing diameters from φ3 to φ40, achieving a daily output of 30,000-50,000 pieces. Quality assurance is maintained using advanced inspection equipment such as Mitutoyo digital calipers (150mm, 0.01mm accuracy), micrometers (0-25mm, 0.001mm accuracy), contour measuring machines (PJ-A2000), electronic microscopes (TM-1000A), and surface roughness testers (SJ-210). Products are utilized across diverse sectors including consumer electronics (smartphones, laptops, semiconductors), automotive (differential housings, engine components like cylinder heads and crankshafts, suspension parts like steering knuckles and brake calipers), and aerospace applications.
