The company offers a comprehensive range of products including various mold steels and tool steels such as S45C, S50C, S55C, SKD11, SKD61, DC53, NAK80, P20, 718H, 2083, S136, STAVAX, 2714, and 8407, sourced from major manufacturers in China, Japan, and Korea. These steels are used for plastic injection molds, stamping dies, blow molds, and die-casting molds, with detailed chemical compositions (e.g., C, Si, Mn, Cr, Mo, Ni) and mechanical properties (e.g., hardness up to 325 HB) provided, alongside dimensions up to 480mm thickness/diameter, 1300mm width, and 6000mm length. LIHAI also supplies aluminum alloys like A5052, A6061, A7075, A2017 in various forms (plates, solid/hollow round bars) and copper alloys including Beryllium Copper, Red Copper (C1100, C1220 with >99.90% Cu), and Brass (C2400, C2600, C2680 with 64-81.5% Cu), available in thicknesses from 0.5mm to 300mm. Their services encompass precision cutting, milling, grinding, heat treatment, rough machining, stress relief, deep hole drilling, and the design and manufacturing of standard and custom mold bases and molds with high precision. Mold components such as ejector pins, guide pins, bushings, and springs are also supplied. A key product line is PET preform molds, available with 1 to 144 cavities and various neck finishes (e.g., 1716, 1810, 30/25, 1881, 29/25, 26/22, 38mm), characterized by high-quality preforms, absence of crystallinity and scratches, low acetaldehyde levels, minimal eccentricity, dimensional stability, consistent weight, and no flash on split lines. Furthermore, LIHAI distributes auxiliary equipment and mechanical processing machines, including grinding machines, horizontal metal saws, plastic mixers, crushers, and CNC machines, along with various plastic processing auxiliary equipment like dryers, chillers, granulators, and material loaders, ensuring on-site delivery and after-sales support.
