Complex Shape Profile Extrusion Molding (PP and Elastomer, Two-Color)

By utilizing two-color extrusion molding technology, it is possible to accommodate complex shapes and irregular cross-sections. At Akebono Kasei Vietnam, we perform two-color extrusion molding that can handle irregular extrusion molding with complex cross-sectional shapes.
In this case, by simultaneously molding two types of materials, PP (rigid) and elastomer (flexible), we achieve both product strength and flexibility.
The background enabling such complex extrusion molding is that we can manufacture molds in-house. By also collaborating technologically with our Japanese head office depending on the difficulty of the shape, we are able to handle products with complex shapes and irregular cross-sections.
