【2-Layer Co-extrusion Technology for PVC (Rigid + Soft) by Two-Color Co-extrusion Molding】
At Akebono Kasei Vietnam, we have established "two-color co-extrusion molding" technology, which simultaneously molds two types of materials: rigid and soft. This technology enables the integral molding of materials with different properties within a single product, yielding excellent results in both functionality and productivity.
This sample is a component for a wine cellar. Our two-color co-extrusion technology, which simultaneously molds rigid PVC and soft PVC, supports the mass production of composite products that achieve both durability and sealing/airtightness. It is also ideal for building materials and home appliance applications.
