Extrusion molding is a processing technology that forms products with a predetermined cross-sectional shape by heating and melting thermoplastic resin, then continuously feeding it into a mold with a screw. This molding method is ideal for mass production of long products such as pipes, tubes, sheets, and profiles.
At Akebono Kasei Vietnam, we achieve high-precision and stable molding quality by meticulously setting optimal molding conditions (temperature, screw design, compression ratio, etc.) according to the material. Furthermore, we have established an integrated production line that includes post-processes such as cooling, pulling, and cutting, enabling us to handle complex cross-sectional shapes, multi-layer structures, and different color moldings.

・ Compatible Resins: General thermoplastic resins such as PVC (hard/soft), PE (LDPE/HDPE), PP, ABS, TPE, PA6, PC, POM.
・ Extrusion Line Specifications: φ40-70, 20 units in total. Sheet molding supports maximum width of 1350mm and thickness from 0.1 to 5.0mm.
・Structure Support: Single layer, 2-layer, 3-layer, multi-color (two-color, three-color) molding.
・Molding Methods: T-die sheet extrusion, profile extrusion, tube extrusion, co-extrusion (two-layer, multi-layer), pipe molding.
