By utilizing two-color co-extrusion technology, we can handle complex shapes and irregular cross-sections. At Akebono Kasei Vietnam, we specialize in dual-material extrusion molding, even for intricate and uniquely shaped profiles.In this example, two materials—PP (rigid) and elastomer (flexible)—are molded simultaneously, achieving both strength and flexibility in the product.
Our ability to produce such complex extruded shapes stems from in-house mold manufacturing capabilities. For highly challenging designs, we collaborate with our Japan headquarters, ensuring reliable production of complex and irregular cross-sections.
