Viet Duc Welding Electrode Joint Stock Company – VIWELCO is a Vietnamese enterprise operating in the field of welding consumables / welding electrodes / welding wire / hardfacing electrodes / flux cored wire / welding flux / welding materials / welding electrodes / industrial welding wire / repair hardfacing electrodes / wear-resistant welding materials, supplying products to enterprises in mechanical manufacturing, steel structures, shipbuilding, construction, mining, machinery manufacturing, and MRO.

VIWELCO's predecessor was the Welding Electrode Factory, established in 1967, and currently operates as a joint stock company with stock code QHD. The company focuses on producing low carbon steel welding electrodes, high strength welding electrodes, stainless steel welding electrodes, cast iron welding electrodes, copper welding electrodes, wear-resistant hardfacing electrodes, CO₂ welding wire, flux-cored wire, submerged arc welding wire, and welding flux.

We combine the capabilities of raw material preparation, coating mixture formulation, electrode extrusion and drying, welding wire production, arc testing, weld mechanical properties, and quality control to select materials suitable for the base metal, mechanical property requirements, welding method, and operating conditions.

In the field of carbon steel and structural welding electrodes, VIWELCO offers N38-VD, N42-VD, N45-VD, N46-VD, J420-VD, J421-VD, VD-6013.

In the field of high strength welding electrodes, the company has N50-6B, N55-6B, E7016-VD, E7018-VD, serving load-bearing structures, machinery manufacturing, bridges, and shipbuilding.

In the field of hardfacing and repair, VIWELCO offers DMn-250-VD, DMn-350-VD, DMn-500-VD, DCr-60-VD, used for parts subject to wear, impact, and requiring surface restoration.

In the field of special welding materials, the company has VD308-16, GG33, Hm-Cu, C5 for stainless steel, cast iron, copper, and specialized applications.

In the field of welding wire, VIWELCO offers W49-VD, W71T-VD, H08A-VD and welding flux F8-VD, serving GMAW/CO₂, FCAW, and SAW processes.
