Extrusion Material: LDPE (Low-Density Polyethylene)
Insert Material: PP, PC, and other plastics
Dimensions: Outer diameter φ30～φ90, length 1,000mm～3,000mm
Colors: Yellow, orange, red, or other high-visibility colors for easy observation
Assembly Method: The product is flexibly designed for both manual and automatic machine installation.

【Features】
Seamless LDPE extrusion: The product is a smooth tubular form, easy to install along electrical cables. Additionally, thanks to dual-layer extrusion technology (yellow UV-resistant LDPE on the outside + black LDPE on the inside), the product offers high performance while optimizing costs in mass production.

Insert molding technology is applied to the conduit end (clamping part), helping the product withstand force better and achieve a tighter seal during installation.

Selection of materials with superior insulation properties: Uses highly insulating raw materials, minimizing the risk of electric shock accidents.

Mass Production System: Thanks to a closed production process across multiple lines, we can fulfill large-volume orders with short lead times.
