Our electrogalvanizing is an environmentally friendly zinc plating process that uses a zincate bath and is free from harmful substances such as cyanide compounds and hexavalent chromium. Through pretreatment involving electrolytic degreasing, acid cleaning, and electrolytic cleaning, we thoroughly remove oil, rust, particles, and other contaminants.
Our six plating tanks are equipped with individual power supplies to suppress variations in film thickness, and an ultrasonic cleaner is used to completely remove dirt from the plated surface, forming a highly adhesive chromate film.
We can accommodate workpieces up to a maximum size of 1,700mm x 1,200mm x 380mm and weighing up to 150kg. As a dedicated Japanese staff member is also permanently stationed here, please feel free to contact us.
