J.P.F provides metal part machining services based on drawings, ranging from prototype manufacturing, single-piece production, small-lot production, to mass production according to orders. The company uses equipment such as FANUC ROBODRILL, Okuma GENOS M560-V, Yamazaki Mazak VCN430A, and FANUC ROBOCUT, along with CAD/CAM software Mastercam Mill 3D, SolidWorks Standard, and AutoCAD LT.

Machinable materials include aluminum A1000, A5052, A5056, A6063, A7075; stainless steel SUS304, SUS316; steel S55C, SKD11, and HAP40. Products are used for manufacturing jigs, mold components, machine parts, and automation equipment.

Through its partner network, J.P.F supports material supply, lathe machining, sheet metal processing, heat treatment, grinding, and surface finishing such as anodizing, plating, and corrosion resistance treatment.

In 2013, the company consolidated its operations in Kamitoba, Kyoto, and expanded into machine manufacturing. In 2018, this division was spun off as J.P.F Engineering Co., Ltd., specializing in the development of filling machines, capping machines, bottle washing equipment, camera inspection systems, robots, and custom automation solutions.

Additionally, J.P.F develops production management systems, coordinates suppliers, and researches the AI robot solution SlowTH for repetitive tasks in factories and logistics. With a philosophy of “Speedy – Proficient – Friendly,” the company provides flexible solutions from prototype machining to recurring production, meeting the needs of customers in the fields of precision engineering and industrial automation.
